North tops Canton, 54-36

North put together a strong, all-around performance to pick up a win for new head coach (and former North player) Ashley Kepaa on her debut. The Rocketeers got balanced scoring, led by Maryellen Charette’s 15 points. Sam Sweeney scored eight points and freshman Uliana Malynka added seven in her first varsity game. Katie Corsetti and Olivia Brever each chipped in with six points to get North off to an impressive start to the season.
